Founder · Aesthetician & Laser SpecialistGemma began her career after graduating from Seneca College's esthetics program — later adding a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto — and has spent nearly 15 years honing her expertise across laser and radiofrequency technologies, hydrating facials, chemical peels, and personalized skin care.
She is known for an attentive, unhurried approach: taking time to understand each client's skin concerns and goals, recommending treatments suited to individual needs, and making sure clients truly understand their options.
Yi Sun, NP
Medical Director · Nurse PractitionerYi Sun is the Medical Director at G.E.M Laser Clinic and a Nurse Practitioner with a nursing career that began in 2009. Her background spans oncology, wound care, infection control, and long-term care management. She entered aesthetic medicine in 2017.
Yi holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with honours from York University and a Master of Nursing in the Nurse Practitioner stream from Athabasca University. Her aesthetic training includes Galderma GAIN, Allergan MD Codes, and Merz Xperience.
Guided by a “less is more” philosophy, Yi values natural-looking results, facial balance, and individualized care.
Yao is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience and extensive training in medical aesthetics. Her expertise includes neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP, and skin rejuvenation.
With a strong understanding of facial anatomy and the aging process, she takes a thoughtful, individualized approach — enhancing each patient's unique features for refreshed, balanced, natural-looking results, delivered with honesty, precision, and genuine care.
